Hi, blogger!
I keep reporting some cool trips I've done while chilling in Miami Beach. And in his post I wanted to share my visit to The Gator Park of Florida. Here's little story from me)
So, the trip consisted of a boat ride though the "crocodile lakes", a little alligator show and a photo shoot with the predators. It was extremely hot that day and a water ride was a fresh relief. The feeling of riding the boat was I think just like in the movie Fast and Furious cars rides but on water. While going on boat we were suppose to see an actual gator, but it didnt happen (not a big surprise for me). But it still was cool though) Our guide showed us some water plant and insects AND he actually picked some kind of a warm and ate it!! it was horrifying and disgusting! whaaat?! ) CLICK HERE!
Then, we moved on to the gator show where we had to see a rare scorpios also. Another guide there showed some tricks with an alligator. He stood on him, pulled him by the tail and put his arm into alligator's mouth. I have to say, I've never seen such quick reaction as gators have. The point is that if gator's mouth is open you can safely (haha) put your arm into it as long as you do NOT touch him inside. But if you did, you are counted one-armed.
And, finally, my best part - taking picture with a 3 years-old crocodile (or alligator, don't remember the difference, sorry). I was so excited and scared at first. However, how could I not get this picture?) [Check out and like here: http://instagram.com/p/cxQt9nqIOT/] What I did't realize that he's gonna be so heavy. I know it may sound cruel but my first idea was "Wow, that's gonna be very cool shoes or bag out of this skin". I mean, are they very dangerous animals we should be aware of? Anyway, I really feel terrible for thinking like this, although the skin was so perfectly tender and soft! I'd like to have a pair of good quality crocodile leather shoes.. someday..maybe)
It was a good trip for me and my friends, we had a lot of fun. Just another adventurous day in Miami)
